Service provider and scope
ReplyFlow AI is the trading name for the service provided by Born Again Streetwear Limited (Ireland).
Data processed
The application processes account and authentication data, organisation membership and settings, business locations, reviews, response drafts, usage counters and billing status. When a customer chooses to connect Google Business Profile, it also processes the connection details and the review information selected for the service.
Purposes
These data support account access, organisation isolation, response-draft generation, manual review workflows, billing administration, support and service security. ReplyFlow AI does not promise automatic Google publication.
Security and service providers
The code uses Supabase for authentication and application data, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for subscription billing, OpenAI for requested draft generation, and Google Business Profile only when a customer initiates a connection. Google connection tokens are encrypted by the application.
