ReplyFlow AI is a SaaS service for managing reviews and preparing AI-assisted reply drafts.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for their reviews, business information and every reply they edit, save or decide to publish. AI output is a draft and should be reviewed for accuracy, tone and appropriateness.
Subscription and trial
The Standard plan is €50 per month per location after a 14-day trial. Billing is handled through Stripe.
Manual Google publication
Google publication is never automatic. Where available, it requires an explicit user confirmation after review of a draft. The customer remains responsible for the decision to make a reply public.
Suspension, termination and liability
Access may be suspended or terminated for security, non-payment, misuse or legal reasons.
